Telekom Srbija (full legal name: Preduzeće za telekomunikacije Telekom Srbija a.d.)[1] is a telecommunications company based in Serbia, with its headquarters in Belgrade. The company provides a range of fixed line, mobile, and Internet communications services in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
According to its most recent annual financial report submitted to Serbian Economic Register Agency, the company has 10,198 employees and it posted an annual profit of RSD11,573,270,000 (approximately €145 million at the time) for the calendar year 2007.[2]

Mobile Telephony of Serbia (mt:s) is mobile telephone subdivision of Telekom Srbija, which was found in June 1997. The company has wide range of offers to business and private clients, while the latest is 3G technology, introduced in late 2006.
Telekom Srbija used to hold monopoly on land-line operations in Serbia until January 2010, when Telenor Serbia become the second land-line operator in the country.
Telekom Srbija is the owner of a cable TV channel Arena Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4. [3]
Telekom Srbija recently acquired the majority of Telekom Srpske's shares through a tender, for €646 million. The second-highest bidder was Telekom Austria with an offer of €467 million. Telekom Srbija also broadcast cable channel Arena Sport 1,2,3 and 4.
Telekom Srbija started its operations on July 16, 2007, after the company gained license as a third mobile operator as a part of the consortium with Ogalar B.V. company. The consortium offered for the license the sum of €16 million. The name for this subsidiary is m:tel, and is owned 51% by Telekom Srbija. Telekom Srbija also broadcast cable channel Arena Sport 1,2,3 and 4.
